Dear Supporters of Lōkahi,

Thank you for visiting the ISHALŌKA Trademark Project and I hope this message finds you well. This project is about sharing an important next step in the growth of my business, Lōkahi Holistic Therapy LLC, and to ask for your support in helping protect the work I have been building over the last several years.

Lōkahi was created with a vision of offering integrative, neuroscience-informed healing through yoga therapy, aromatherapy, sensory-based practices, and holistic wellness education that support the mind, body, and nervous system.

As this work continues to grow, I am now beginning the process of formally trademarking and rebranding under the new protected brand name ISHALŌKA. This process will allow me to safeguard the integrity of my offerings, build long-term credibility, expand into education and products, and continue serving my community with clarity and purpose.

After consulting with our legal team, the legal filing process includes:

• Trademark applications in multiple business classes

• Protection for both the ISHALŌKA name and logo

• Legal filing and abandonment procedures necessary for the transition

Our minimum fundraising goal is $5,000, which covers the core trademark application and legal fees. Our stretch goal of $12,000 will help fully complete the trademark process and support the necessary rebranding efforts, including updated labels, packaging, design work, and business materials.

This business has been built through years of education, healing work, creativity, and community support. Many of you have encouraged me from the beginning, supported my sessions, purchased products, shared opportunities, or simply believed in my vision when it was still taking shape. I would not be here without that support.
