Burn Bright, Not Out

A 4-Week Evidence-Informed Burnout Recovery Program

Reignite Your Passion. Protect Your Energy. Cultivate Joy.

Have you ever found yourself feeling exhausted despite getting enough sleep? Disconnected from work, relationships, or activities you once loved? Questioning your effectiveness, motivation, or ability to continue showing up for the people and responsibilities that matter most?

If so, you're not alone.

Burnout has become increasingly common among healthcare professionals, educators, caregivers, entrepreneurs, helping professionals, parents, and community leaders. Yet burnout is often misunderstood as simply being "too stressed" or "needing a vacation." In reality, burnout is a complex experience that can affect our physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, motivation, sense of purpose, and quality of life.

Burn Bright, Not Out was developed to help participants better understand burnout and cultivate practical, sustainable strategies for resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

Drawing upon yoga therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, positive psychology, behavior change science, and lifestyle medicine, this four-week interactive program explores the three core dimensions of burnout:

• Exhaustion
• Cynicism and Disconnection
• Reduced Self-Efficacy

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how burnout develops, learn practical tools to support nervous system regulation and recovery, and create a personalized plan for moving forward with greater energy, purpose, confidence, and joy.

What Makes This Program Different?

Many burnout programs focus solely on stress management. Burn Bright, Not Out takes a more comprehensive approach by helping participants understand both the science of burnout and the practical skills needed to support meaningful change.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in:

• Evidence-informed education
• Guided reflection and self-inquiry
• Yoga therapy-informed practices
• Mindfulness and nervous system regulation techniques
• Values clarification and meaning-centered exercises
• Weekly action planning and habit development
• Group discussion and community support

The goal is not simply to reduce stress, but to cultivate sustainable wellbeing and help participants reconnect with what matters most.
